½ cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 squares semi sweet chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites beaten stiff

Topping
1/3 cup butter
2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk and grated chocolate. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F in a 9 x 13 pan.

Topping: Mix together ingredients to make icing and spread on cooled cake.

Melt 1 tbsp salad oil with 2 squares chocolate. Put in a ribbon or marble effect over the icing. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
