1 Lemon Cake Mix
1/3 c melted butter
2 eggs
1/4 c lemonade concentrate
3/4 t lemon extract or lemon juice will do
zest one lemon
GLAZE
1 C powder sugar
1/4 c softened butter
Remainder of lemonade concentrate
Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together to form batter. Batter will be fairly stiff. Drop on parchment lined cookie sheets about a 1/4 inch apart. They will spread a little. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350.

Let cool on rack.

Blend butter and sugar together. Add lemonade concentrate until glaze is desired consistency Spread on cooled cookies. Store in airtight container..

Can also turn this into an orange cranberry cookie by substituting Orange juice, orange extract and orange zest. Blend in 1 cup of dried cranberries. Follow directions.
