2 lbs. ground beef
28 oz. spaghetti sauce
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
8 oz. cottage cheese
Whole stick of butter
1 lb. pasta- elbow, angel hair, rotina, etc.
Bag of shredded cheese- pizza blend is good
Sliced canned mushrooms
Bell pepper- diced
onion- diced

Preheat oven 350º. Boil noodles. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese with a mixer. Set aside. Saute bell pepper and onion with hamburger meat. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and canned mushrooms to meat mixture. Put a few slices of butter in the bottom of a 9 X13 casserole dish. Layer half of the noodles in the bottom of the dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture over this layer. Add the rest of the noodles on top with a few pats of butter. Pour the red sauce and meat on top and spread. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and spread cheese on top and then return to oven for another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
