2 cups Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Egg Whites
1/2 cup Water
1 pint Dry Curd Cottage Cheese
2 Egg Yolks
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 medium Onion (diced)
Pepper to taste
Milk Gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients for dough and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients for filling. Roll out dough. Place cheese mixture on top of dough. Seal edges. Boil in 5 quarts of water for 5-10 minutes. Fry in melted butter. Make Milk Gravy. Serve Perogi with Milk Gravy ladled over the top.
