2 slices of bread - your choice
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 tsp. parsley flakes
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. catsup, tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. ground oregano (for topping)
1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Preheat oven to 375º. In a large bowl, crumble the bread and mix with the milk. Add the meat, parsley, cheese, salt, pepper and eggs, mix well, using your hands. Shape into a loaf and put in an ungreased 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 inch loaf pan or baking sheet. Bake at 375º for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven. Brush with catsup, tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven and bake for 30 - 35 minutes if on a baking sheet or 50 - 60 minutes longer if in a loaf pan.
