Den speck im ganzen oder in portions-stücken mit ½ liter Wasser fast weichkochen, was ungefähr 1 Std. dauert. Erst dann die enthülsten Bohnen hineingeben, nochmals auf Stufe 3 schalten bis zum Kochen und 15-20 Min auf Stufe 1. Nach Belieben die Brühe etwas sämigmachen und reichlich gehackte Petersilie untermengen.
