2 egg whites
1/8 tsp salt
½ tsp cream of tarter
½ cup sugar
1 tbsp instant coffee
6 ounce package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add salt and cream of tarter. Beat until stiff but not dry. Combine sugar and coffee and add to egg whites 2 tbsp at a time. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes at 300F.
