1 bar German sweet chocolate
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten well
1/4 Tsp. salt
1/2 Tsp. vanilla
1 C. powdered sugar
1 C. chopped nuts
3/4 pkg. miniature marshmallows, pastel colored
1 pkg. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Cool slightly. Add egg, vanilla, powdered sugar and salt and pour over nuts and marshmallows. Mix well.
Put coconut on waxed paper and work chocolate mixture into rolls (2 logs).
Should be almost 2 inches across.
Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate until hard.
Slice when ready to serve.

This recipe comes from my Grandma Alice's sister, Marian. Mom used to make these no bake cookie logs at Christmas time.
