1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 lb. medium shrimp (to save time, can use canned shrimp)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In frying pan, combine vegetables, oil, and garlic. Fry for 4-5 minutes or until tender.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until heated through.
