1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. flour (more or less)
pinch of salt
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put egg, salt, and milk in small mixing bowl. Beat lightly to mix. Gradually add flour, until it becomes thick enough to pull from the spoon and be dropped when the spoon is placed in boiling, salted water.

Let them cook for a few minutes.

Burn 1/4 c. butter in a cast iron frying pan. Pour over klosse, stir, and serve.
