3-4 large cucumbers, peeled, scored and sliced
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
salt and pepper
chives to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Score cucumbers with fork.

Sprinkle sliced cucumbers with salt and pepper.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over cucumbers.

(If salad is too sour; add sugar. Too sweet; add vinegar)
