1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk*
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. grated zucchini
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325º.

Cream together margarine, oil, and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Alternate sour milk with dry ingredients (flour, salt, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda). Blend in zucchini and nuts.

Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan and sprinkle top with chocolate chips and chopped nuts.

Bake 45-50 minutes.

*How to make "sour milk:" Add 1 tsp. vinegar to milk and let it sit for 6 minutes.
