2 lbs beef stew meat
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup water
1 envelope beef stroganoff seasoning for slow cooker
1 cup mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup beef broth
2 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown meat in oil. Add water and seasoning, stir to loosen brown bits from pan. Transfer to slow cooker.

In skillet, saute mushrooms and onion in butter until tender. Combine broth, mustard and sugar. Stir into mushrooms, add to slow cooker, stir to combine. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on LOW.

Add sour cream and serve over noodles.
