1/2 c. butter/margarine
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Filling:
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla.

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add gradually to creamed mixture. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Roll into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Make indentations in center of each ball.

Combine filling ingredients and spoon 1 tsp. in each cookie.

Bake at 350º for 11-13 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes before removing to wire racks.
