8 oz. package cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 package lemon instant pudding
8 inch graham cracker crust (store bought)
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese; blend with 1 1/2 c. milk. Add remaining milk and pudding mix.

Beat slowly until just mixed; 1 minute. Do not over beat.

Pour at once into crust. Chill for 1 hour.

(Optional crust: Blend together: 16 graham crackers - rolled fine, 1/2 c. margarine - melted, and 1/2 c. sugar. Press into 8 inch pie plate.)
