2 lbs. green beans, trimmed
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic
4 head dill
2 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and sterilize 4 jars and lids.

To each of the 4 jars, add 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1 clove garlic, and 1 head dill.

Pack beans lengthwise into hot and sterilized Ball jars, leaving 1/2 inch head space.

Bring water, salt, and vinegar to a boil, and pour over beans to 1/4 inch from top of jar.

Seal jars and let sit for at least 3 weeks.
