Bread dough – raise once, make noodles, raise again. 2 tbsp lard 1 cup water
Roll dough the size of a bun between palms. Tie in a knot. Let rise again on a floured board for ½ hour. Heat lard and water in an electric frying pan. Cover and fry on high heat until boiling. Reduce heat to medium. Total cooking time is 20-30 minutes. Do not remove lid during cooking.
