1 1/2 cups soft butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
2 egg yolks
4 cups sifted all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375ºF. Cream butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks and beat well. Ads flour. Blend very well. Roll 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick on floured board or pastry cloth. Cut with large cookie cutter (3 inch) and put on ungreased cookie sheet. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle some of this mixture on each cookie. Bake about 10 minutes or until golden.
