1/2 cup marg
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 cups granola
2 cups dates, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly cream butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and milk. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir into batter until well mixed. Fold in granola and dates. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375ºF for 10-12 minutes.
