1 lb. stew beef (can substitute ground beef)
2 cans corn
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 pkg frozen cut okra
beef broth (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew beef. In dutch oven or crock pot, place stew beef and water or beef broth. Cook beef in liquid to soften meat a little. Add tomatoes and corn. Cook a little longer to blend flavors. Add okra last, continue to cook until okra softens.
