Ingredients:  
3 egg yolks
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 pint heavy cream - 2 pkgs of yeast (combine in the cream)
3 cups flour

Directions:

Cream butter, add egg yolks and flour. Add cream alternately. Form one large ball, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Cut ball into six sections

Mix in small bowl - 1 cup sugar, 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, t tbsp. cinnamon

Put down a handful of sugar mixture and roll each piece out about the size of an 8" pie. Then cover with jelly or jam. Cut wedges (like crescents). Roll from the widest part and shape into crescents.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake @ 350º for 30 minutes (check after 20 minutes)
