1 cup Butter, softened
5 cups Icing Sugar
2/3 cups Whipping Cream
2 oz (57 g) Unsweetened Chocolate, melted & cooled
2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, beat butter until light; gradually beat in sugar and cream, making 3 additions of sugar and 2 of cream.
Beat in chocolate and vanilla.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Having butter truly soft prevents splitting.
For a more chocolaty taste or darker colour then more chocolate can be added. Colour will also darken if you make the day before, just cover and refrigerate then beat before use.
