3 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 cups Granulated Sugar
2/3 cup Cocoa Powder
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 cups Cold Coffee or Water
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. Vanilla
3 tbsp. Cider Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
Whisk in coffee/water, oil and vanilla then stir in vinegar.
For cupcakes - spoon into paper-lined muffin cups then bake until cake tester comes out clean (20 to 22 minutes). Remove from pan and let cool on rack.
For cakes - grease pan(s) then add batter and bake until cake tester comes out clean (time varies depending on size of pan). Let cool completely then remove from pan.

To remove cake easily from pan cut out parchment paper to size of bottom of pan and place in pan prior to greasing and adding batter.
