1 cup shortening (part butter)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugar and eggs well. Stir iin bananas, buttermilk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture. Chill 1 hour. Drop by tbsp. onto cookie sheet. Bake @ 375º for 10 minutes
