Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (2 to 3 pounds) sirloin tip roast cut into 1" cubes
2 packages of Adolf's Meat Marinade
1 stick butter or margarine
Corn or peanut oil (enough to fill half of fondue pot)
Meat tenderizer
Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare meat marinade according to the package directions and pour over cut up meat pieces. You may sprinkle the meat tenderizer and garlic salt over the meat if desired, stirring well to coat the meat with the marinade. Allow meat to marinate for at least 3 to 4 hours or longer. (The longer it marinates the better.) Heat peanut oil and butter/margarine in fondue pot on the stove until hot. Bring fondue pot to table, an electric one is best to keep the oil hot. Spear the meat with a fondue fork and place in hot oil, cooking as desired. A salad, bread and baked potato go well with this meal.
