1 lb. pork chops or pork tenderloin
1 cup flour
Pinch of salt
Dash of basil
1/2 a medium onion
4 tbsp. butter
2 apples, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the sliced pork tenderloin or pork chops in flour with a bit of spices and salt and fry for a few minutes on each side in a tsp butter. Then place in a glass pan.

Fry some onions in butter. Put in a glass pan with the tenderloin.

Cut up two appless and put on top. Add about 1/4 cup brown sugar sprkled around, 1/4 water, a big sprinkle of cinnamon, put about 3 tbsps butter spread around.

Bake for about approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees. Periodically spoon the sauce over the appes so they don't get dried out. The baking blends the butter, brown sugar and spices and tenderizes the meat.
