1 tomato
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 onion
salt
pepper
oil
rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up tomato, 1/2 of a bell pepper, 1/2 of an onion into small cubes.
In a desired pot add a reasonable amount of oil and place in the cubes of tomato, bell pepper, onion, and rice.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, and desired spices.
Add 2 c. of water to the pot and let it boil until you see the water level is falling.
Around 30 minutes this should occur. Stir frequently.
Turn off the heat and move the pot away.
Place the lid on and let it set for 20 minutes.
