3-4 cloves of garlic minced
1 yellow onion chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large carrots chopped
1 medium bunch celery stalks chopped
2 large boxes of chicken broth
1 standard box of fettuccine noodles broken in half
1 rotisserie chicken shredded
Salt and pepper to taste

1) Mince 3-4 cloves of garlic
2) Chop onion
3) In large stockpot place 2 tablespoons olive oil and sauté garlic and onion together
4) While the onion and garlic are sautéing chop the carrots and celery
5) Add carrots and celery to stockpot with the onion and garlic
6) After the carrots, celery onion and garlic have sat for about five minutes add in the 2 large boxes of chicken broth and bring to a boil
7) Reduce to medium heat and add in fettuccine noodles breaking them in half (use ½- ¾ of box)
8) Boil for 10 minutes adding salt and pepper for taste
9) Start shredding rotisserie chicken (you can drop in the juice from the chicken as well)
10) After 10 minutes and noodles are soft add in the shredded chicken.
11) Let boil for 10 more minutes and then serve
