4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts (or package of Chicken Tenders)
1 c. Flour
2 c. Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp. Seasoning Salt
2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese (dry)
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Tobasco Sauce
Splash of Milk
Olive Oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º
Add olive oil to frying pan (1 in. deep) heat.
Mix dry ingredients in shallow bowl.
Mix eggs, milk and Tobasco in separate bowl.
Dip chicken into egg mixture.
Then into dry mixture making sure the chicken is well coated.
Flash fry the chicken (1-2 minutes each side until golden and crispy)
Place on baking sheet, bake for 30-40 min.until cooked through.

Bake 20-30 min. for chicken tenders.
For a crispier coating, once you have coated the chicken, dip again into the egg mixture and again in the flour mixture.
