1 1/2 c granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbs butter

TOPPING
1/3 c butter or margarine
2/3 c light brown sugar
1/3 c flour
1 c chopped nuts

Mix the 5 ingredients together
Spread in baking dish



Sprinkle topping mixture over top
Bake 30 minutes at 350º
