2 - 16 oz. whole kernel corn
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 c. green onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cheese
9 3/4 oz. Fritos corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Drain canned corn.
Dice peppers and green onions.
Put in a large bowl and add mayonnaise. (you can increase this up to 1 c.)
Add cheese.
Just before serving add the Fritos.
