4 slices of chopped bacon
3 cloves mince garlic
1 med. onion
1 pkg 20 oz. frozen chopped spinach - thawed and drained
14 oz. chicken broth ( 3 cans )
1 can of cannellini beans
1 can Red Kidney beans
1 can of black beans
1/2 cup of sun dried tomatoes - chopped
fresh Basil 3 - 4 leafs
Crushed red pepper
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon over high heat in large pot, add garlic and onion and saute for about 6 minutes; add spinach and saute 2 minutes. Add all beans and remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Garnish with cheese
