~Pitcher of cold water
~Slice of fruit, vegetable or herb

(i.e, cucumber, pear, mint, orange, lemons, limes, mangoes, or strawberry and basil.)

*Less than 10calories

Directions:

Pour cold water into a pitcher
Slice desired fruit, vegetable or herb
Put however many slices you want into the water
(the more slices, the more you taste the fruit, vegetable or herb)
Let sit for a few hours.
Drink Up!
