1 Gallon Whole, Sour or Dill Pickles (Sliced into 1/4" slices)
2-3 Large Stick of Cinnamon (Crushed- I use a hammer.. into large pieces)
3-4 Lbs. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain Pickles..... Layer Pickles in Gallon jar with Cinnamon and Sugar, starting with Sugar. Let stand at room temperature for 4-5 days depending on the weather. Roll jar for the first few hours to dissolve sugar. Refrigerate when crisp.

Nonnie noted, Mama Faye would make these when she would come and stay with them for several weeks. They are crispy and wonderful. Amanda would crave these with each of her three pregnancies.
