1 Large Bottle of V8 or Spicy V8
1 Large Round Steak or 4 Small Round Steaks
1 Onion
3 Large Carrots
2 Stalks Celery
1 Bell Pepper (optional)
Salt
Pepper
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Large Round Steak into 4 pieces to fit your crock pot or baking dish. Heat oil in a skillet. Salt and pepper steaks, dredge in flour and brown in oil.
Place steaks in crock pot or baking dish. Layer vegetable over the top and pour V8 over all. Cook on low all day in your crock pot or cover your baking dish with foil and cook at 350º for 2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes.
