Ingredients:  
3 1/2 - 4 lbs. chicken thighs or legs
1/2 c. soy sauce
4 T. brown sugar
2 t. ground ginger
2 T. instant tapioca
1/2 c. water
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in crockpot.
Combine remaining ingredients and place over chicken.
Cover: cook on high one hour, and then reduce heat to low and cook 3 -4 hours more or until chicken is done.
Serve with rice and/or slivered almonds.
