1 qt sliced rhubarb
1 qt sliced onions
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large pot and cook on stove top until rhubarb is soft.

Scald jars, then fill with hot rhubarb mixture. Put on jar lids and tighten so the jars seal.
