4 c. tart apple slices
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
3 T. flour
cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in pie shell. Combine sugar, cream, and flour. Pour over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes until pie is set in center. Reduce heat to 375º and bake for 35-40 minutes. cover crust edges last 15 minutes.
