1 c. butter at room temperature
1 c. sugar(can use less)
4 eggs
2 c. canned cream corn (1-15 oz. can works)
1/2 c. monterey jack cheese
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350º F. Grease a 13X9" baking pan. Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until blended and smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Gradually beat in corn and cheeses. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Place in oven, close door, immediately reduce heat to 300º F and bake 1 hour or until pick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs. Top will still look moist. Serve warm!
