1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
14 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
1-1/2 pounds Sea Scallops
1/4 cup olive oil
1 T margarine
2 Cups cooked rice, hot
1/4 cup dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Roll scallops thoroughly thru mixture. In a large skillet, heat oil and margarine, sauté scallops quickly, 2 to 3 minutes until brown. Spread hot rice on a plate and place scallops on top. Add white wine to remaining oil and margarine, bring to a slow boil. Remove from heat and pour over top scallops.
