Butter and Olive oil
8 oz sliced mushrooms
2 med onions, sliced
1-20 oz Sirloin steak, cut into 1" strips
Flour for dredging
1/2 cup red or white wine
16 oz Beef stock or equal bouillon cubes
1 pint sour cream
1 T worchestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Egg noodles or white rice
Parsley for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Heat saucepan with butter and mushrooms, after softened, add onions. Dredge meat in flour, shake off excess. In a separate skillet, heat to med and add meat, sear all sides and set aside. After onions are slightly brown, deglaze pan by adding wine and scraping bottom of pan to lift up darkened bits. Add 2 cups beef stock, a good shot of wine, and 1/2 the sour cream. Simmer for 20 minutes, occasionally, whisk. Just before serving add remaining sour cream and add meat. Place cooked noodles or rice in a serving bowl and top with meat mixture, give good toss.
