4 cans of beer
1-1/2 pounds Brats, links
2 pounds baking potatoes
6 oz. raw bacon
1 Cup onions, chopped
Salt and Pepper
1/4-1/3 cup apple cider
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
4 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Drizzle vege oil
6 rolls, warm
Extra whole grain mustard for serving

Directions:
Bring beer to a simmer, add Brats, cook until plump, about 4-6 minutes. Preheat grill or indoor grill, med heat. Peel, cut potatoes into large bite sized pieces. Cook in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Remove and drain well. Keep warm in a bowl and place a kitchen towel over bowl. Over med heat, cook bacon until crispy. Add onions, salt and pepper, sauté for a minute. In a seperate bowl, combine potatoes, onions, bacon, with fat, vinegar, mustard, eggs and green onions. With the back of a spoon, slightly mash mixture until blended but leave some lumps. Lightl brush brats with oil and grill until browned. Remove and serve brats on warm rolls and salad on the side.
