4 T. flour
4 eggs
4 tsp. sugar
Milk
1 apple
2 T. butter
Maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice apple. Set aside.

Mix flour, eggs and sugar. Add milk until batter is of a thin consistency - thinner than pancakes, but not watery.

Heat large frying pan and melt butter. Pour batter into frying pan and sprinkle diced apples throughout.

Cook until browned on one side. Cut into quarters and flip each to brown other side. Break up with spatula into bite sized pieces.

Serve hot with maple syrup.
