7 egg whites
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix egg whites, sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pecans, and coconut. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325º for 38 mins. or until glossy and set. Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting.
