2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 (8oz) can cream of coconut
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp rum flavoring
1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 (8oz) ctn, frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup flaked coconut

Directions:

Combine crumbs and butter. Press into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Set aside. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, gradually add cream of coconut to cream cheese until blended. Stir in rum flavoring, pineapple, cherries and nuts. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Chill for several hours or overnight. Cut into squares.
