2 lbs ground chuck (73/27)
2 lbs ground pork
2 lbs chuck steak (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
2 lbs Boston Butt Pork Steak (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
2 (15 oz) cans petite diced tomatoes with roasted garlic
1 (15 oz) can stewed diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 (8 oz) cans tomato paste
1 (8 oz) can Rotel tomatoes
2 (14 oz) can chili beans + 1 can pinto beans (optional)
2 large pablano peppers (seeded and diced)
2 large Anaheim peppers (seeded and diced)
2 medium jalapeno peppers (seeded and diced)
1 large bell pepper (seeded and diced) (optional)
3 cloves fresh garlic (chopped)
1 large sweet onion (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
2 pkg. mild chili mix
2 TBSP garlic powder
2 TBSP Lowery's Season Salt
2 TBSP Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a large non stick skillet, brown meats separately and set aside. In same skillet, saute peppers, onion, and garlic until tender.
In a large pot add tomatoes and paste with chili mix and all seasonings to 1 gallon of water. Bring to a boil. Add meats and pepper mixture. Reduce heat and cook covered approximately 1 hour on low heat, stirring occasionally. Add additional water if needed. If desired add beans at same time as meats. To spice it up add ground cayenne pepper to desired heat.
