Ingredients:  
1 lb cooked chicken
2- 12 oz cans enchilada sauce - Use 1.5 cans for mix, save .5 for topping
1 can corn (drained)
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can diced green chilies (optional)
2- 8 oz pkg shredded cheese - Use one for mix and one for topping
1 or 2 pkgs of flour tortillas (or corn)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all above ingredients, except tortillas, in pan and heat. Put a spoon full of mix in tortilla shell and roll into the 9x13 pan. Repeat until all the pan is full, may require two pans depending on how full you make the tortillas. Pour remaining mix and enchilada sauce on top of the enchiladas. Top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 350º.
