2 & 1/2 cups quick cook oatmeal
1 & 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup (2 sticks) oleo
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup mashed bananas-1 large banana
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Combine dry ingredients with the other ingredients. Ungreased cookie sheet. Drop by teaspoons and spread out. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
