8 and 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple well. Combine flour, sugar, and butter until fine crumbles. Mix in nuts and press 2 cups of mixture into bottom of an oiled 9 inch X 13 inch baking pan. To remaining flour mixture, add cinnamon, salt, and soda. Beat in egg, sour cream, and vanilla until blended.
2. Stir in pineapple and spoon over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Cool in pan and cut into 16 bars. May dust with powdered sugar.
