1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 cup flour
1 & 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Frosting:
1 & 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 teaspoons pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat and add sugars and lemon juice. Blend well. Stir in egg and beat well, making sure sugars are cooled. Add flour and baking powder.
2. Add nuts and crushed pineapple, stirring lightly to combine. Pour into a 9 inch X 9 inch X 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool in pan.
3. Frosting-Cream butter. Add sugar alternately with pineapple juice. Add vanilla and beat and beat until fluffy. Frost cooled bars.
